Order Processing Since all jewelry is made to order - on average your purchace will take 2 weeks to process, before it can be shipped. If you'd like to rush the processing and upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority mail - just click on "Priority shipping" button on any online catalog page. Make sure that you only click on it once and before you continue to payment - please review your shopping cart to make sure everything is correct and you only have one shipping charge. Unless your order has more then 8 items total - the priority upgrade shortens processing to 2 days, so you should recieve it in under a week Back to the top Shipping and handling No matter how much you spend - shipping and handling is always free. All orders are shipping USPS first class with delivery confirmation, and you will receive in an e-mail once your order is shipped. You can also upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority by clicking on the "Priority Shipping" button on any online catalogue page. Priority shipping is $3.5 extra. If you would like your order shipped with any other method or company - please contact me before completing your purchase and we will discuss shipping costs. Back to the top International Orders I’m sorry but at the moment I only ship within USA. Depending on customs situation, shipping costs, etc - I might be able to ship abroad in a future. However, some organic gemstones (like coral, or mother of pearl) cannot be shipped abroad under any circumstances. Back to the top Taxes I do not charge tax at this time. Back to the top Payments All payments must be made and cleared, before I can ship your order. I accept paypal, Visa and MasterCard (via paypal cart, though you don’t need to have an account with them to make a purchase) If you would like to pay with money order - please contact me and I will give you the address to send it to. Your order will not be shipped until after I receive a money order from you. I do not accept personal checks or COD. Back to the top Returns and Refunds I hope you will be so happy with my jewelry that you will never need a refund, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase - contact me within 30 days of receiving it and I will e-mail you a form to fill out and send with your return package. There is 15% restocking fee, that will be deducted from your return’s total. You are responsible for the return shipping (I recommend USPS first class with Delivery Confirmation, as its very inexpensive) and you will receive your refund as soon as I get your package. If you paid with Paypal - it will be sent directly to your paypal account, if you used any other method - you will receive a money order in a mail. Back to the top Repairs If at any time, the jewelry you bought from me breaks from normal wear (it shouldn’t but just in case) - I will repair it for you free of charge. All you have to do is cover the shipping to me. However, if the jewelry breaks due to rough handling, deliberate misuse, etc - I will still repair it, but there will be a small fee attached to it, that will depend on the extent of the damage and the repairs needed. Back to the top Replacements Some times jewelry gets lost. It is especially annoying when you loose just one earring out of a pair. If this happens - contact me and I will do my best to replace it for you at 75% of the original price you paid for it. Please note that if the item is one earring - you will pay 75% off the price of one earring, not the whole pair. Be advised that because every piece of jewelry is made by hand - your replacement might not match your original piece 100%. The difference will be slight and can include, but not limited to, exact shade and size of the stones, exact size and shape of the metal finding, and the exact size and shape of the earwire (when applicable). If you want to to match your remaining piece exactly - you can mail it to me and I will send it back to you alongside with your replacement Back to the top One of a kind orders and Special commissions If you see something in my store that you like the style of, but want in a different color, or if you want a special design made just for you - contact me with your request and we will discuss availability, pricing, and delivery deadline. Special order will take much longer then regular purchases, because, chances are I would have to purchase the gemstones and/or other supplies specifically for it. I try to carry a wide variety of stones and colors, but I cannot predict your individual creativity - every person is so unique, and so are their tastes. Back to the top |
